When I think about what can make me squirt without internal vibes or clit stim, certain things come to mind. The Fella’s fingers. Rigid dildos, be they hooked or curved. Dildos that are so big I can barely stand it. Oh, and most glass dildos, regardless of shape. Something I never really think of is soft, floppy, squishy dildos. Because those don’t really have what it takes to give my g-spot the type of stimulation it needs. But along came the Tantus Adam Super Soft, and it changed everything.
As I’ve explained in a couple of past reviews, Tantus have been phasing out some old faves and relaunching them in the super soft, single density version of their 100% Ultra-Premium Silicone. The results vary from toy to toy, with the Destiny and Vamp being slightly firmer than the Adam, and both of those being rather marvellous.
But the Adam, though. My good God! I loved the original O2 version of this dildo. So much so, when I heard that a new, softer version had been released, I wondered if Tantus had maybe ruined a good thing.
As soon as I took it out of its packaging, I knew they hadn’t.
The Tantus Adam Super Soft is identical to the original. Measuring up at 8-inches (nearly all of that insertable) with a girth of 5.25-inches, it’s a good sized, filling dildo. For the colour, I went with Wine. It’s a deep, rich burgundy, and utterly gorgeous.
As for the silicone, it may be single density, but has two different finished. The semi-realistic gland is super glossy, and boasts a subtle frenulum and urethral opening. Gently veined and softly curved, the shaft is matter than matte. But that doesn’t make it draggy.
What it does make it, once the dildo is warmed up and wet, is supremely realistic. No, it’s not so realistic that you wouldn’t be able to tell it was a toy if you grabbed it while blindfolded (and from what I understand, toys that can confuse the senses in such a way do exist). But the way the squishy silicone behaves in use truly does a grand impression of an actual cock.
For a start, it yields to pressure, so you get the firmness of a big-assed hunk of silicone with a give that’s very similar to that of a penis. Even better than that, it stretches to about 11-inches. It probably doesn’t seem like a useful thing, but while you’re using it, that stretch and shrink gives the illusion of moving skin.
And the softness of the silicone! If you’ve ever been between the legs of someone with a penis, you’ll know how they move. Depending on where you put your hand, you can make them flop around, stand proud, or twitch. When they flop off to the side and you pick them back up, you can feel their weight, their softness and hardness.
I get all that from the Tantus Adam Super Soft.
With a little bit of lube (water-based only) smoothed around the head and partway down the shaft, all I have to do is hold my fingers against the flat bottom of the harness compatible base, and push. The Adam slips and slides with ease, and has given me some of the most satisfying authentic feeling fucks I’ve had from a toy to date.
I do have some dildos that feel more realistic and look it too, but they haven’t done for me what this dildo does. Something about this exact toy in this exact silicone just feels…right. It feels like it belongs inside me. I’ve had no pelvic bone scraping, no pain when I move the wrong way and the toy doesn’t move with me.
And then there’s squirting. The squishy yet firm tip works some kind of voodoo on my g-spot, because I never – ever – squirt from toys this soft. I usually need hard g-spot stimulation if I’m using a lone internal toy, or if it’s something a bit softer (like silicone) I need to add clit stim.
But every time I’m using the Tantus Adam Super Soft, all I have to do is pull it out after a dozen thrusts and away I go. I dunno why that is. I’ve tried to replicate it with other toys, but I can’t. Not to the same extent, at least.
As I mentioned above, the Adam is harness compatible, and it’s also anal safe. When the Fella slips into a harness, I could just lie and let him fuck me with the Adam until I die, but only vaginally, though. Strangely enough, I don’t get a lot from it anally. It feels good, yeah, but not incredible like it does vaginally.
And when I don the harness, he lets me fuck him with the Adam! No, he doesn’t love it as much as he’d like to, but the soft, floppy nature of it feels good to him. It’s usually a quick session and he does wince a bit, but when he comes he makes one hell of a mess.
The reason for that is prostate stimulation.
If he’s on his back, the curve of the Tantus Adam Super Soft strokes his prostate. It doesn’t mash it, or really grind into it, it just massages. After just five minutes I can grab his cock and, without me even having to stroke, he’ll come. This is the stage where he decides he hates the Adam. Once he’s come, he likes to have toys whipped out of his butt pretty sharpish. But I can’t do that with a girthy dildo. So, I have to wait until he’s done and extract it slowly. I try not to laugh at the expression he makes, but I usually fail.
As with all Tantus silicone toys, the Adam is easily cleaned. It can be boiled, bleached (10% solution) wanged in the dishwasher. Or it can be cleaned using toy cleaners, soapy water, wipes, etc. If we’ve used it for anal, I’ll boil mine, but all other times I just use toy cleaners.
As fab as this silicone is, it’s a bugger for dust, pet hair, and other shit floating around the place. Even though mine is kept in a toy cupboard, it still finds something to cling to. I make sure it gets a wash before every use, and I always let it air dry when I’m done.
