I don’t think I’ll ever get enough of the gorgeous dildos made by Sh! Womenstore. Everything about them is top shelf, and getting to try all the different shapes and sizes is a delight. The most recent addition to my dildo shelf is this, the very lovely Sh! Silicone Double-Ended Dildo.
If you and your partner are in to shared penetration and both like your insertables to be on the meaty side, this double-ended dildo could be for you. There’s girth, length, and texture galore. And, to put the cherry on the already delicious cake, the entire piece is made from 100% body safe silicone. Now, for someone who had a very similar toy a while back that was made from body rotting evil (aka, jelly), getting my hands on a non-toxic, non-porous version was one of the highlights of my year.
Protruding from both sides of the signature heart shaped base you’ll find in all Sh! dildos, is a matching pair of Wirly Girly 6’s. The 6.5-inch dildos are decorated with a running line that wraps around the shafts from tip to base. This makes for some lovely, even bumps, kinda like a non-tapered unicorn horn. That texture is bold enough to be felt in use, but subtle enough to still be comfortable for those who prefer a smoother ride.
Both dildos have a circumference of 4.75-inches, and that measurement surprised me. I don’t know if it’s because it’s a doubler, but it looks so much more substantial than it actually is. Not that nearly five inches isn’t filling, because it is. And the length adds to that, making it one helluva stuffer.
Something I’ve found in all of my Sh! dildos is that the silicone loves grunge. It picks up fluff, pet hair, people hair, lint…anything that can possibly stick to it does exactly that. I even pulled a few strands of my own hair out with it while swinging it around my head. A lesson was learned that day, for sure.
So, every time the Silicone Double-Ended Dildo comes out of the cupboard, it gets a good wash in a sink of soapy water. I keep in in my Joyboxx immediately before use to prevent it getting fucked up again. And after play, it’s straight back into the sink. I find I have to give this silicone a harder clean than most, because it really doesn’t want to let go of whatever it’s covered in.
In use, Sh! silicone is hellishly draggy. It needs loads of water-based lube to keep things gliding smoothly. And, given that it’s a partner dildo, plain sailing is what you want.
Now, the Fella isn’t overly keen on this dildo. He will let me fuck him with it after a bit of a warm-up, but the girth doesn’t delight him like it does me. But he can’t resist the team effort of both using the same toy, so he will slide his legs beneath mine when I’m on my back so he can ride it. Doing it this way can be awkward, given our heights and my body size, but the end result is worth the effort.
That heart shaped base becomes a handle of sorts, and is great for adjusting angles, or keeping the toy steady while you adjust yourself. If you have a pop out, grabbing the sides of the heart makes it easy to pop the dildo straight back in to wherever it came from.
Personally, I prefer this double-ended dildo feels when we both back up onto it while on our knees. It’s harder to keep it in that way, but it means there’s a better reach for me for anal. I do like using this dildo vaginally, but I love it anally. I love the texture. Like I said above, it is gentle, but very sensitive areas feel it.
And the best thing about this double-ended dildo? You don’t have to have a friend to get the best use out of it. One end works perfectly well as a handle. There’s plenty to hold onto, and because of that extra control, I get to hammer away harder than I can with nearly all of my other dildos.
Even better than that, though, is solo double penetration. The heart base is only around 1cm thick, and the silicone is flexible. Both dildos bend right over so you can literally press them together down the full length of their shafts. This makes penetrating the vagina and anus at the same time super easy for someone playing alone.
I find inserting the anal end first to be easiest. Once that’s in, holding the heart with one hand while I bend the other dildo over and insert it into my vagina is mostly hassle free. I say mostly, cos lube. Lube is wet, and when this silicone gets wet it’s slippery. Going overboard with the lube can make holding the anal part in a bit tricky, but again, it’s worth it. I get the stretch I love from double penetration, and the overfilled sensation that I love. Just rocking my hips moves the dildos inside me and against each other, and with a little clit stim it’s orgasm city.
Of course, this kind of play will depend on the individual. You’d have to consider your personal reach, whether or not you can get both hands down there, and whether your hands have grip enough to hold one dildo inside you while inserting the other. If you know you can do all these things, then the Silicone Double-Ended Dildo could well be the way forward for you.
