Lovehoney Desire Love Egg Review

As I’ve probably said in the past, Desire is Lovehoney’s luxury brand. It’s very LELO-esque, which stands to reason given that someone from LELO had a hand in their design. There’s a bit of everything available, from clit vibes to cock rings to wands, all of them rechargeable. The most recent piece I got my paws on is the Lovehoney Desire Love Egg with Remote Control.

I will admit that in picking this piece for review, I was taking an intentional gamble. See, if there’s one other type of sex toy that I sometimes struggle to enjoy it’s the love egg. I’ve had successes, sure, but the majority I’ve tried have been rubbish. Reason being, I just can’t feel them inside of me, and if I can the sensation is so weak as to be pointless. Lovehoney Desire Studded Clitoral Vibrator Review

Way back in the summer of 2014, I wrote my first ever sex toy review for Lovehoney. My reviewing skills sucked hard, but I stuck at it and quickly realised that I loved trying new things and writing about my experiences. Fast forward to winter 2019 and I’m still reviewing for Lovehoney, but instead of doing it on their site I’m doing it on mine. Lovehoney ‘A Little Bit of Magic’ Collection

If there’s one word that’s going to command my attention pretty much whenever I hear it, it’s the word magic. Magic is…magical. It fascinates and entertains, nothing can stir my imagination like the idea of magic can. If I hear the word, I wanna know what’s going on. If I see it in print you know I’m gonna check it out. And if I see a sex toy collection with magic in its name there’s no way I’m gonna turn down the opportunity to review it. Lovehoney Oh-Moji Mini Wand Vibrator

Once upon a time, I’d take an immediate dislike to any sex toy which, in my opinion, would look perfectly at home on a shelf in Toys R Us. Cute faces, kiddie brands, teddy bears… it was all one big nope. Fast forward to 2018 and here I am, writing a review of a vibrator with a cheesy smiling face printed on the business end. And you know what? I think the Lovehoney Oh-Moji Mini Wand is as cute as fuck.

This little stick of sunshine measures up at a pint-sized 5” all in. The ABS plastic peanut-shaped handle is made of white ABS plastic and bears the Lovehoney heart near the top. It’s super slim and almost weightless. At its widest point, it’s a mere 4” in circumference. Lovehoney Lifelike Lover 8″ Silicone Dildo

As regular Scandarella readers will probably know, I love big ol’ dildos. I love to have ‘em big in every direction and I absolutely adore enormous fantasy stuff. But sometimes, when lying in bed alone in the middle of the night, I don’t want to be hefting pounds of silicone around and giving my arms a wanky workout. I want simple, light, realistic, and hard. Lovehoney Desire Steel Dildo – Beaded

I’ve made no secret of the fact that some of my favourite sex toys are inexpensive glass dildos from Lovehoney. I’ve got loads of them, but only two live on my bedside table. One of them is a curved affair with beads that gradually increase in size until they reach a big, bulbous base. Even after three and a half years I still love it, so when I saw that Lovehoney had echoed the design in steel I couldn’t refuse the chance to review it. As part of Lovehoney’s premium line, the Desire Steel Dildo is beautifully presented. All there is to the packaging is a simple outer sleeve that covers an even simpler hard-card presentation box that doubles as a storage solution, but it’s lovely and super giftable. Tokidoki Unicorn Wand

Have you ever wanted a sex toy purely because its decorative design makes you squeal like a tickled pig? I’ve experienced this many a time, and each and every time I’ve been nervous that maybe my eyes were bigger than the possibility of reaching orgasm with whatever toy has captured my attention. This was the case with the Tokidoki Unicorn Wand from Lovehoney. Because it’s cuter than kittens, I had it on a pedestal. But once I finally had it in my hands I was immediately worried that it would end up being a shelf sitter.

Fifty Shades Darker Desire Explodes

It’s that time again. The time for the sex toy market to be pelted with all things Christian Grey in the lead up to the release of the second movie in the kinky sex saga: Fifty Shades Darker.
